Hi, I’m Liz.
For me, wellness has never been just about yoga poses or perfect balance, it’s about showing up real, building community, and creating space where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
My work has taken me from corporate hallways, running (literally) several businesses to teaching yoga outdoors, opening a studio, creating grassroots wellness events, and developing teachers through teacher trainings.
I’ve led with inspiring leaders on gratitude-centered gatherings, support meaningful fundraisers, and create spaces where children, teens, athletes, professionals, and neighbors can explore the benefits of yoga and mindful living.
For me, it’s always been about supporting people and community to grow in meaningful ways.
This site is where all of that comes together, my work as a leader, guiding retreats, my teaching, my community work, and the conversations I’m proud to be part of.

Work that Inspires
Retreats & Workshops
Wellness is more than a single class, it’s about creating space to rest, connect, and grow. I’ve been grateful to create experiences like Self-Care Sundays, Yoga + Acupuncture workshops, and transformational getaways like the Azores Retreat, all designed to help people explore wellness more deeply and at their own pace.
Community Impact
Giving back is an important part of my journey. I’ve had the honor of hosting and supporting events that benefit organizations like Move to Heal, Boston Children’s Hospital, Shriner’s Children’s Hospital, as well as local families in need. I’ve also supported wellness on larger platforms through Summer Soul Fest and Yoga Reaches Out. Each experience has been a beautiful reminder of how much we can achieve when we come together as a community.
Teaching & Leadership
Through my training and work with the LivFree® Yoga School, I’ve had the privilege of leading many students and guiding aspiring teachers through training and mentoring. I also enjoy working with athletes through wellness initiatives for high schools and local sports communities. I’ve been fortunate to bring yoga and mindfulness to corporate groups as well, showing how these practices can support balance and wellbeing in many settings.

Discover the wild serenity of Costa Brava, meaning “rugged coast.” This majestic piece of Spain’s Mediterranean coastline stretches from the France-Spain border, south towards Barcelona. The region is well-loved for its picturesque Medieval-era towns, beautiful rolling hills and gorgeous beaches, and is the perfect place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
During our retreat week, you will deepen your connection to your senses in the excellent company of like-minded friends. Rest, reset, and nourish yourself in the haven of our boutique seaside resort while you enjoy daily yoga and movement practices.
